So, here are a few tips to help you not eat or lose weight:
1) Lock yourself in your room; do homework, go online, play an instrument, write, ANYTHING!! Just stay in there
2) Do chores: Clean, do laundry, wash dishes, tend flowers, make your room/apartment/house/whatever you have nice
3) Go out: Even if you have no where to go. Staying away from food is better than being somewhere were you can reach it. Go to a park/beach, shopping, library, or just go for a drive.
4) Cayenne Pepper: Make it your best friend. It is Victoria Secret models’ secret!! Sprinkle it on your food, in your water/tea/coffee, anything. It speeds up your metabolism. I was a very picky eater so it was EXTREMELY hard for me to start using this spicy spice, but now I will eat spoonfuls of it.
5) Take a vitamin without food in your stomach: It will make you feel very sick and lose your appetite. It might actually work as a laxative as well.
6) Read a book or watch TV that has a skinny character: It will make you feel bad about yourself and not want to eat so you can be skinny like them. I know this one sounds horrible, but that’s what thinspiration is.
7) DRINK, DRINK, DRINK!! Water or green tea are the best things to drink because they will make you pee the most. The more you pee, the more you lose!
8) Lie: If your parents/friends want you to eat, tell them you already did, not hungry, sick, are going out somewhere else to eat. Be careful how often you use each excuse!! You do not want people catching on!!
9) Sleep/Nap: You can’t eat if you’re sleeping. FUN FACT: Years ago, a woman had doctors put her into a transfixed sleep for a long period of time so that she would lose weight. If you Google EXTREME DIET trends you should find the full story somewhere.
10) Eat in front of the mirror naked: Will just about guarantee you won’t want to eat while looking at your rolls and other parts of fat on you
